Covid-19 protocol
Dear competitor, thank you for entering our competition at Beacons Equestrian - we really appreciate your support. Please help us to make the day as smooth running and “covid“ stress free as possible by following the guidelines below: PLEASE OBSERVE CURRENT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES AND WASH YOUR HANDS OR USE SANITISER FREQUENTLY
Please ensure that you, the competitor and only ONE other helper/person attend the competition (Children under 11yrs old are excluded from the total number on site).
If you have any special requirements ( extra helpers etc.,) please let us know in advance so that we can monitor the numbers attending.
Please photograph your horses passport and vaccination page and send a copy to 07989385785 before the event stating your horses name. All horses should have up to date vaccinations. Please park at least 3 metres away from other vehicles
Please DO NOT tie your horse up to the side of your horse box/trailer and leave unattended.
Afterwards please do not stay to watch or natter with friends - cool down, load up and leave as soon as you can.
Your results will be posted on this website . All prizes will be vouchers to be credited to your account with Beacons - details will be available
